Our Rose wines are born from the Trepat grape, and exclusive variety of our region.Our Rose Trepat is a young wine elaborated from the grape Trepat harvested in the optimal point of maturation which after which is put under maceration with its own skins during the time necessary. Later it is pressed obtaining the must flower that once desfangado is fermented to controlled temperature (13-15º；C) to maintain the aromas characteristics of the variety.Of clear and clean strawberry color it is very bright； intense in the nose, we will find memories of peach in it. In mouth we will find a balance with a touch of smooth freshness given by an affluent acidity.Adapted to accompany any food and very specially recommended for appetizer, it connects very well with Asian and Caribbean kitchen, ideal for almost any rice and good for many pastas, it is a perfect joint for vegetable barbecues.Portell Trepat fermented in barrel, ferments of barrels of oak after which it remains in them for 4 months in contact with the mothers, where they will be thrown "batonnages" with the purpose of giving voluptuosity to the wine.This wine of pink cherry color with very intense purple reflections has balsamic tones contributed by the wood, on a strawberry bottom. In the mouth the olfactory sensations are reaffirmed showing us its balance, with a wide and persistent end.It is a structured wine apt to accompany lukewarm pastes, salads, rice, smoked dishes and pate. Attractive to drink when it is still young, it mature well in the bottle.Our Red needle wine, is a sparkling rose elaborated with a careful selection of the best wines of the variety Trepat which are put under a second natural fermentation under the right conditions allowing us to obtain a wine of elegant bubbles.With luminous colors it has a fresh aroma with a spicy touch. In the mouth it is fruity, and with fresh bubbles that contribute to its vivacity.It is a ideal wine to accompany all type of plates of fish and seafood, or appetizers.Finally the Grec Trepat is a wine of an attractive pink with orange shades, clean and shining； its noticeable its diverse aromas that balance in the mouth, with a fresh and very fruty taste.It will be adequate to accompany plates like to Italian pasta, all kinds of rice, summer salads and bird meats.
