Full-bodied, beautifully textured, opulent, and fleshy with exceptional precision as well as clarity, this fabulous effort will need 5-7 years of bottle age, and should drink well for 25 or more years. The history of chateau（酒庄历史）：本地区原叫做“乐贵”(Le Gay)，属于大地主方特茂(Fontemoing)家族所有。18世纪初其家族没落后，转手德贝夏(De Bechade)家族，19世纪才转由葛列路家族(Greloud)所有。嗣后因继承关系，长子亨利分到一份，取名拉弗尔，次子爱米(Emil)所得剩下部分则用原名乐贵堡。亨利没儿子，后来就由女婿安迪?罗宾(Andy Robin)继承，到次世界大战后，乐贵堡同样乏人继承，也由罗宾继承，两园复归统一。1946年后，本园由罗宾两位女儿继承，直至1985年才由外甥吉那多(Jacques Guinaudeau)开始负责园务。本酒在1893年时曾经是名列彭马鲁第三位的好酒，仅次于老色丹堡及彼德绿堡，1925年曾获得本地区大奖。在1946年安迪?罗宾去世前，本园的确风光了一阵子，但两个颇有“避世”心态的女儿当家后，本园消沉了一阵子。新的女主人和隔邻彼德绿堡的鲁芭夫人是两个极端的例子，她们既不做公关，也不喜会客，更不喜欢和外国客人打交道，而酒窖更是当做谷仓一样，任凭鸡、鸭、兔子和美酒混杂在一起，其脏乱真是不忍卒睹! 不过，拉弗尔仍然可以酿造出不错、保持名誉的酒，只是保守、不进取，使得本堡面临下跌的重重危机!直至1981年，一位以前在彼德绿堡木艾家族中担任酿酒师的巴洛特(1ean-Claude Barrouet)应邀前来整顿，将彼德绿堡成功的诀窍转移到拉弗尔堡，并且尽量发挥拉弗尔堡原有的特质，终使拉弗尔堡如浴火凤凰般地重生。

The history of chateau（酒庄历史）：白马庄坐落于圣达美隆法定产区。是圣达美隆列级名庄中排位级，A组的两个名庄中排名的酒庄。也是近年来世人常称的波尔多八大名庄之一。圣达美隆以前的酒庄是飞卓庄(Chateau Figeac)。白马庄目前的园地以前也是飞卓庄的一部分。后来由于飞卓庄一块块出售土地才有了独立的白马庄。关于白马庄的命名，我在波尔多曾经听说过两个版本。一是：以前酒庄的园地有一间别致的客栈，有位国王亨利常骑白色的爱驹路过此地休息，因此客栈就取名“白马客栈”。后来改为酒庄后也顺称白马庄。二是：此地属飞卓庄时并未大面积种植葡萄，而是用作飞卓庄养马的地方，后出售并大面积种植葡萄成为酒庄后正式取名白马庄。白马庄是圣达美隆区同一家族拥有长时间的酒庄。1852年Jean Laussac Fourcard与葡萄庄园大地主Ducasse家族的女儿Mlle Henriette结婚。白马庄就是Mlle Henriette的嫁妆。从此白马庄在Fourcard家族中世代相传至今天。白马庄是在1853年正式命名为白马庄。当时的白马庄并不很出名，Jean Laussac接管后的确花了不少心血。他把该园全部种上葡萄树，精心管理，终于在1862年伦敦大赛和1878在巴黎大赛中获金。现在你看到在白马庄酒Label上位于左右的园图就是当年所获的奖牌(当然以今天白马庄的知名度和实力，再能多产三、五倍的酒，一样能卖光，就没必要去参加什么葡萄酒大赛了)。然而白马庄的出名是自十九世纪末1893、1899和1900几个非常引人注目的经典年份开始。1970年至1989年期间酒庄的董事长是家族的女婿Jacques Hebraud。Jacques的祖父曾是波尔多的大酒商，父亲曾是海军上将，他本人是农科教授和波尔多大学校长。他的家庭背景和崇高的学术及社会地位将白马庄的声势再推向高潮。

Huge nose of tobacco, dark cherries, lilies that jumps out of the glass. Great on the palate...Lush mid-palate and long on the finish.....flat part of the drinking plateau..It has some life ahead. The history of chateau（酒庄历史）：碧尚拉龙的法文名非常长，所以行家一般称之为"Pichon Lalande"。在十七世纪之前，碧尚拉龙的园地并未是葡萄园，只是树林一片。由一位叫Brund de Boysset的地主拥有。后来园地由Longueville家族拥有。1646年Baron de Longueville的独生女嫁给Bernard de Pichon，该园地成为她的嫁妆。因此园地的名称就有了两个家族的姓氏Pichon Longueville。1694年他们的儿子Jacgues de Pichon与大酒庄老板Rauzan家族的女儿联婚。因为有岳父大人的鼎力支持，Jacgues开始在园地上种上葡萄树，逐步建成一个有份量的酒庄。家族的后人Baron Joseph生于1755年活至1850年，享年95岁，他有二子三女。为免子女为财产纠纷而影响经营，他死前将庄园的五分之二分给两位儿子，五分之三分给三位女儿，因而出现了目前的两个菩依乐二级名庄Ch. Pichon Longueville，Comtesse de Lalande”碧尚拉龙由三位女儿拥有。大女儿后来出家做了尼姑，二女儿嫁给了Comtesse de Lalande 拉龙伯爵。妹妹去世后又将其股份购得。因此改名为以上名称。而行家简称为Pichon Lalande。拉龙夫人的后人于1925年将碧尚拉龙售与Miailhe兄弟。目前掌管酒庄的是兄长的女儿May-Eliane。May Eliane不单能管好庄园出好酒，而且身体力行到世界各地举办名庄宴会，积极推广葡萄酒文化和波尔多酒。拉龙则一直能保持稳定的高水准。在很多葡萄酒行家的心目中，拉龙是被公认的超级二级名庄。

What a difference a bottle makes. Double decanted in the morning, served from bottle with dinner. Tar, smoke, cinnamon and menthol on the nose, more like a northern Rhone. On the palate, green spice, licorice, currants, leather, blackberry and plum. This was a big-bodied wine with lots of tannins and acidity. It drank very young and I am glad I opened it in the morning. One of the better showings of this wine that I have had. The history of chateau（酒庄历史）： Ch&acirc；teau Pichon Baron was once part of a larger estate, owned by Pierre de Rauzan, along with Ch&acirc；teau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande. In 1850 the estate was divided into the two current Pichon estates. In 1987 the estate was purchased by French insurance company AXA, who immediately appointed Jean-Michel Cazes of Ch&acirc；teau Lynch-Bages as administrator.

This wine is pleasant and easy to drink, but it does leave you wanting a bit more complexity and a lot more structure. For the price, it is not worth seeking out anymore. (181 views) The history of chateau（酒庄历史）： Chateau Leoville barton兰威.巴顿家族在波尔多经营葡萄酒生意可以追溯到1722年托马斯&#8226；巴顿Thomas Barton创建的以自己姓氏命名的葡萄酒公司，1826年休&#8226；巴顿购买了现今雷奥维勒&#8226；巴顿Chateau Leoville barton部分葡萄园，形成酒庄雏形。1855年波尔多列级名庄第2级庄。酒庄位于St.Julien产区中心地带，拥有47公顷葡萄园，安东尼&#8226；巴顿Anthony Barton于1983年接管家业，现今日常事物交由女儿李丽安接管。
