Boca Negra Dulce Ageing: 1 year in French oak barrels. Grape varieties: Monastrell. Tasting notes: A sweet red wine. A deep, black-cherry colour with a classic Mediterranean nose of raisins. Rich and flavoursome on the palate with hints of dates, cinnamon and syrup coming through. Recommended serving temperature: It should be served at around 8º；C as an aperitif or with desserts. Awards: Gold medal at “PSWC Prowein 2011”. Silver medal at the “Premios Mezquita 2010”.
