白葡萄酒PORTELL WHITE
We offer 4 different kinds of white wines and one sparkling white wine using the combination of Macabeu and Parellada grapes to offer very distinct wines:The Portell Macabeu fermented in barrel which with its beautiful shining yellow color with greenish tones offers notes of confited mature fruit (quince, pear) and even spicy aromas, rich in shades in the mouth, and with long end. It is perfect to accompany fine crustaceans, seafood and fish, but never with chocolate, asparagus or fruit. Its elaboration guarantees a good evolution and conservation in bottle.The Portell White semi Sweet Wine which is obtained from delayed harvests that offer matured grapes with high sugar concentration. The vinificatión is made under a strict pursuit to obtain a pleasant, well integrated sweetness.Its pale yellow color with golden reflections, very shining, is intense, and very delicate, with mature fruit aromas and floral notes. In mouth it leaves clean, pleasant to the palate with long persistence.Very good like appetizer, with a good foie, plates with bittersweet sauce, curry and far-east cook in general.The young white "Portell Blanc de Blancs" (White of Whites) is a young wine of Mediterranean cut elaborated from musts flower that is fermented in a very low temperature to extract all its aromatic potential.It has a pale yellow color with a variety of aromas of white fruit: pear and apple with fine citric bottom notes. Smooth and balanced with a delicate acidity that contributes to its freshness and vivacity palate.We can take it with appetizers or to accompany light summer plates (cold plates, salads, etc.) as well as seafood and blue fish.The "Grec" young white wine is elaborated with grape of macabeu and parellada, follows a very similar process to the "portell blanc de blancs" a fermentation controlled temperature, applying the best enologic technique guarantees its high quality.Wine of pale yellow color with greenish tones, it offers intense aromas of fresh fruit and floral bottom, with a good passage of mouth that reaffirms its aromas.It is ideal for all type of fish and seafood, and is a perfect companion for light plates.Finally our white needle wine (Sparkling White) is elaborated from a careful selection of suitable wines that recieve a second fermentation.Is a wine of shining yellow color with metallic shades and very fine bubbles, emphasized by its aromas of white fruit and flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, pleasant in the mouth and with a light effervescence. Joins perfectly with smooth fish and seafood although also accompanies perfectly appetizers and pastes.
