　　江苏虞姬酒业股份有限公司于1913年创建在风景秀美、人杰地灵的花乡沭阳。厂区东临宁连高速，西近京沪高速，326省道横贯门前，为文人雅客、商贾贤达常聚之地。
　　虞姬酒在秦汉年代就已享盛名。千百年来，民间褒誉此酒；“优雅细腻醇丰满，色清味正窖香浓，空杯留香三夜在，绵甜甘冽回味长。”该酒属浓香型大曲酒，系以优质高粱为主要原料，辅以闻名遐迩的九龙潭特殊水质采用传统工艺和新技术精工酿造而成，形成了甜、绵、软、净、香的独特风格，被专家和广大消费者高度赞誉，并于2005年获得国家发明专利。
　　公司占地8万多平方米，拥有一批结构合理的工程技术人员和高素质的员工队伍，现已引进三条现代化生产线。产品结构丰富，销售区域遍及大江南北，年产销量逾两万吨。是集生产、销售、科研于一体的多元化现代企业。曾多次被评为省、市、县明星企业、重合同、守信用、质量达标先进单位。2007年通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证。
　　2011年12月17日根据《中华人民共和国公司法》等相关规定，江苏万得福集团成功并购虞姬神酒厂，现更名为江苏虞姬酒业股份有限公司，实行股份制管理。公司以“诚信、创新、团队、奉献”为宗旨，奋力开拓市场，不断强化内部管理，深化企业股权制度，在激烈的竞争中不断铸造新的市场竞争力，推动虞姬酒业更大、更快发展。

For thousands of years, the folk credit this wine; "Full-bodied a solid ,elegant ,mellow and plump, pure color and cellar flavor is fragrant, even empty cup has wine smell , sweet continuity and apersistet aftertaste. " The wine is strong aromatic Chinese spirits,brewing da qu fermentation with high-quality sorghum as the main raw material, supplements with be well-known, far and near Kowloon Tam special water quality using traditional techniques and new technology Seiko brewing, which formed a sweet, soft, gentle, clean, savoury style, praised by experts and the vast number of consumers, as well as won the national invention patent in 2005.
