本机采用直线式灌装方式，瓶子经由输送带送入灌装头下，当探头自动检测到瓶子后，灌装头下降进行灌装，而瓶盖输送轨道将盖子送至挂盖工位，由旋盖头进行旋盖工作。更换零件方便快捷，具有无盖、无瓶不旋盖的功能。此机主要适用于矿泉水、果汁饮料、油类、酒类等的灌装旋盖。
