Today, he exploits 11 hectares of vineyards with his two children, Benjamin and Lydie, and a team of four persons works in vineyards all year round.The plots of land are distributed on the municipalities of Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Jean-Marc Boillot created his own trade in wines in 1989.Working only stemming white wines essentially of the C&ocirc；te Chalonnaise, he converts into wine and raises these appellations in the same way as his wines of properties.Grounds are argilo limestone and for the greater part in hillsides.
