Purple tints. A first discreet smell of crystallized fruits and toasted aromas. The olfactory feelings are intensifying with aeration. Notes of toast, spices and dark grape jam are delicately delighting the nose.The entry is round and soft and is extended with red berries and vanilla aromas. This river, our Gironde Estuary, today settled down, remains the unalterable keeper of the exchange between Water and Land. Medoc was born from this sacred union...
